Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Deposits are non refundable after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed are not eligible for a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return please respond to the confirmation email to contact us. When a refund or exchange is approved via email, we will instruct you to where you should mail the item.
All returned items are subject to a 12.5% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ALL stickers and customized sprockets are non refundable. Once the digital proof of your stickers is approved, you waive the right to make further changes. Cancellation after a digital proof is created will be subject to an artwork fee. All sticker kit digital proofs MUST be approved by the purchaser, or an individual approved by the purchaser. If your digital proof is not approved within two weeks of being sent, your order will be sent to production as.
How do I get a refund?
Contact us by responding directly to the confirmation email for your order. Let us know what item you want to return and why. We will instruct you on where to mail the item to if the item is eligible for return. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking information when sending a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund minus the cost of shipping for us to send you the package and a 12.5% restocking fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
Where is my refund?
If you received an email notification that you were refunded but haven’t received a refund yet, be sure to contact your bank or credit card holder, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Rideoutsupply@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can not offer exchanges for a different color or size product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Rideoutsupply@gmail.com with photos of the defected product.
