Ride Out Supply is not liable for incorrect information submitted by the customer at checkout. Double check your address before submitting your order. If there are any issues, please contact us ASAP by responding directly to the confirmation email for your order. If your package is returned to us, you will be contacted for a valid shipping address and charged an additional return shipping fee.

International shipping: Ride Out Supply is not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. All international orders are subject to fees, duties or taxes as determined by each country. We do not have access to any information regarding what the cost may be.

UPS Flat Rate shipping rates are limited to the lower 48 states. Ride Out Supply reserves the right to modify the shipping carrier and service for orders shipping to PR, HI & AK due to increased rates.

Ride Out Supply is not responsible for any delay in shipping once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have access to as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided Ride Out Supply is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this unfortunately occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through the shipping carrier or with your local police department.   

ALL CUSTOM STICKERS HAVE A 10-14 BUSINESS DAY PRODUCTION TIME. Once your custom item is produced, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package. Any further questions once your item is shipped may be directed to the shipping carrier used for your package.

All bike parts and non custom items generally will ship within 1-3 business days. During new releases, holidays, etc. there may be an additional processing time.
